Your Key Responsibilities
We are excited to announce an outstanding career opportunity at our innovative E-Mobility facility in Dover, Ohio. As Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our advanced greenfield automation manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead a high-performing maintenance organization tailored to support our cutting-edge automation manufacturing operations.
  • Develop, implement, and uphold maintenance standards, schedules, and processes that ensure the continuous availability and optimal performance of all manufacturing equipment and systems.
  • Apply approved methods, procedures, and tools, managing maintenance budgets and resources to achieve operational goals efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Production Planning teams to define and coordinate all maintenance-specific processes and schedules for seamless integration with manufacturing activities.
  • Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities across workshops within your assigned area to maximize equipment uptime and minimize disruptions.
  • Play a key role in the design, layout, realization, and ongoing optimization of the plant s technical infrastructure driving both efficiency and innovation.
  • Manage relationships and collaborations with external suppliers, vendors, and maintenance service providers, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and responsiveness.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering or similar discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years in similar role in a highly automated industrial manufacturing environment
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
