Job Details

VDart Group is seeking a Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Operations Manager with strong Accounts Payable (AP) expertise and a proven track record in the healthcare domain. This role requires hands-on SAP experience, excellent leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of procurement and vendor management processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (B.Com required; MBA in Finance preferred).
  • Strong Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations experience, ideally in the healthcare domain.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 20+ members, including performance management and hiring forecasts.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for PTP and AP processes.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing, procurement, and vendor management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with eSourcing and post-contract value delivery.
  • Familiarity with tools like COUPA and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling client-vendor relationships.
  • Ability to manage escalations, ensure compliance with KPIs/SLAs, and support external/internal audits.
  • Demonstrated success in creating dashboards, MIS reports, and presenting performance insights to stakeholders.
