RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Irving, PA that is seeking a Manager of IT Compliance.

Summary:
We are looking for an IT Compliance Manager for a client in Irving. The IT Compliance Manager is tasked with managing compliance and audit functions within the IT department. This role involves evaluating adherence to internal policies and standards, as well as external regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley. The manager will act as a bridge between the IT department and both internal and external auditors, and will oversee the IT Compliance Specialists.

Responsibilities:
* Recruit, develop, and retain team members
* Identify and address team development needs to foster growth
* Establish KPIs, monitor progress, manage expectations, and remove obstacles
* Provide guidance and regular coaching to enhance performance
* Promote effective collaboration within and across teams
* Plan and prioritize workload efficiently
* Report on planning, changes, and issues
* Act as backup support for IT Compliance Specialists when needed
* Offer expertise on compliance matters
* Ensure adoption of best practices and adherence to policies and procedures
* Verify compliance of new applications, entities, or enhancements before audit periods
* Collaborate with Internal Audit and IT management to resolve or mitigate findings
* Review compliance documents
* Oversee IT General Controls completed by IT Compliance Specialists
* Conduct monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reviews for compliance controls
* Perform reviews requested by the IT management team
* Update IT Standards, Policies, and narratives as necessary
* Transition from SOx relevant IT Controls to a risk-based approach
* Drive alignment and integration of IT Compliance into a global team
* Foster growth and innovation through automation and continuous control monitoring
* Support the transition of IT Compliance activities into a ServiceNow environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in related technical/business or equivalent work experience
* 5 to 7 years of IT Compliance experience

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, Computer Science or related field
* Previous experience in Audit and Compliance within Information Technology
* Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley law/regulation
* Knowledge in CIS Controls, SOC1/SOC2 Certifications, COBIT, or any other Security/Compliance Framework
* Highly organized; Superior time management skills
* Exceptional communication skills both written and oral to be able to communicate well with all levels of the corporation
* Self-motivated; Self-starter
* Strong attention to detail

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
