LOCATION: 1311 W President George Bush Hwy Ste 100 Richardson, TX 75082
DUTIES: Manage an engineering team to deliver highly visible, cost-reducing, and member-facing features by scheduling, coordinating and monitoring reoccurring monthly feature releases. Support the medical, pharmacy and specialty benefit product and benefit administration product family that aims to provide consistent and accurate product and benefit data throughout the ideation, filing, configuration and implementation processes. Manage project execution around systems, architecture and delivery of business value. Ensure features, user stories and defects are completed on time and in scope. Coordinate and complete features, user stories and defects across various functional areas. Anticipate issues and acting proactively to address potential issues and risks. Create presentations for management on feature updates and expected results. Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technology-related occupation. Position requires 3 years of experience in the following:
Project Management;
Agile;
Behavior Driven Design (BDD);
Microservice, and RESTful API;
SQL and NoSQL Database Administration;
Java Development;
JavaScript (ES6), HTML, and CSS;
Continuous Improvement & Continuous Deployment (CICD);
Artificial Intelligence including Narrow & Limited Memory AI or Machine Learning Development;
Google Cloud Platform, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Spring Tool Suite, Elasticsearch, Kibana, MongoDB, Postman, Cyberduck, and Microsoft SQL Server;
MySQL, Swagger UI, Apache Tomcat, Apache PDFBox, Bootstrap, Frappe, Broadcom Rally, and GitHub Enterprise; and Jenkins, ServiceNow, VMware vRealize and Amazon S3 Storage.
RATE OF PAY: $175,531 - $192,000/year
