Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement. This role focuses on enhancing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and implementing lean manufacturing principles throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve manufacturing processes and systems for automotive components.
  • Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine manufacturing plans.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
  • Perform data analysis using SPC tools to monitor process performance and quality.
  • Lead PFMEA (Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) efforts to identify potential risks in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with bus, chassis, and bodyshop manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems is essential.
  • Proficient in using statistical process control (SPC) tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
