Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, processing, and optimizing manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to aerospace standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Utilize CAM and CNC technologies to develop precise machining operations.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to GD&T principles and aerospace standards throughout the manufacturing workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ERP implementation and utilization.
  • Use CMM equipment to perform inspections and validate manufacturing processes.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field - preferred, not required
  • Experience with AS 9100 (preferred) or ISO 13485
  • Proven experience in aerospace manufacturing processes and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of CAM, CNC, and precision machining techniques
  • Familiarity with CMM and GD&T standards.
  • Experience with ERP systems, and data analysis tools including SQL and Minitab.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
