$120k-$140k DOE


Position Overview
We are an expanding international company specializing in the creation and production of pressure sensors, transducers, switches, and precision metal bellows, serving a variety of industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and implementing engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This role is critical in supporting our production goals and enhancing product development efforts. We are looking for a doer - someone who is ready to roll their sleeves up and be hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and validate manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Utilize SolidWorks for product design and development.
  • Perform micro-TIG welding as part of the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance with standards.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all engineering processes and changes.
  • Manage projects related to new product development and existing product enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 7+ yrs experience working in a manufacturing engineering with a focus on testing and validation.
  • 3+ yrs with SolidWorks and micro-TIG welding techniques and creating welding schedules.
  • Experience working on sensors, transducers, valves, electromechanical devices, etc. (small devices)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
