The Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the engineering and production teams in improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and increasing operational efficiency. You will be a vital part of cross-functional teams working on real-world engineering challenges.

  • Be a vital part of the New Product Development (NPD) team, introducing innovative parts on time.
  • Champion the Kaizen & Innovation Process to continuously improve and innovate.
  • Optimize in-plant logistics and develop efficient supply methods
  • Assist with Master Plan execution - LEAP Project

What we expect of you?

Experience / Educational requirements
  • Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in Methods/Manufacturing Engineering is preferred, including with line-balancing projects, automation, NPD, safety/ergonomic knowledge
  • Technical knowledge of vacuum pumps, compressors, engines, coolers, electric panels, etc. is a benefit
  • Good understanding of lean manufacturing concepts, automation, and technology trends like Industry 4.0
  • Use of IT tools like Line Balancing AVIX, ERP, MES, Factory setup would be a plus
