Position Title: Manufacturing Practice Leader

Role Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Practice Leader to represent Hexaware s Manufacturing vertical with customers in the U.S. This is a customer-facing role focused on driving growth for our Manufacturing business. The leader will anchor domain-led conversations in large pursuits, evangelize Manufacturing and AI solutions, orchestrate across service lines, create opportunities in existing accounts, and represent the vertical in new customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the customer-facing domain leader for large Manufacturing pursuits and orals, bringing domain depth and industry context to our solutions.
Evangelize Manufacturing solutions and AI/GenAI innovations with customers, partners, and industry forums.
Orchestrate across service lines (Applications, Infra, Data, Cloud, AI) to shape integrated Manufacturing solutions and proposals.
Create opportunities in existing accounts by driving discovery sessions and consultative conversations that identify business problems and shape solutions.
Represent Manufacturing in hunting/new logo pursuits, supporting account managers and sales leaders with domain expertise.
Partner with alliances (AWS, Azure, Oracle, SAP, etc.) to create co-sell opportunities and pipeline.
Travel as required to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Manufacturing-adjacent industries (OEMs, industrials, discrete, supply chain, aftermarket, etc.).
Strong background in ERP/PLM/MES/SCM/CRM systems and digital transformation programs.
Demonstrated experience engaging with senior business and technology leaders on transformation initiatives.
Exposure to sales/presales, RFPs, and client-facing pursuits (even if as solution or domain lead).
Familiarity with AI/Analytics/Cloud trends in Manufacturing; ability to learn and articulate new solution narratives.
Consulting, practice leadership, or advisory experience preferred.
