The Opportunity This is a build-it role not just an account management territory. Youll be the entrepreneur responsible for creating and scaling V-Softs Denver branch across digital consulting, infrastructure services, and strategic staffing. Youll inherit an experienced BDM and a strong partner ecosystem, but you will define the team, the market strategy, and the culture as we grow. This is a high-visibility role with a direct line to senior leadership and no ceiling on advancement. What Youll Do Build & Lead the Branch:

Youll be the entrepreneur responsible for creating and scaling V-Softs Denver branch across digital consulting, infrastructure services, and strategic staffing. Youll inherit an experienced BDM and a strong partner ecosystem, but you will define the team, the market strategy, and the culture as we grow. This is a high-visibility role with a direct line to senior leadership and no ceiling on advancement. What Youll Do Build & Lead the Branch:
- Expand from a single BDM to a high-performance market team recruiting, onboarding, and developing hunters and delivery talent as we scale.
- Set the Denver playbook ICP, named accounts, partner alignment, community presence and be the face of V-Soft in the region.
- Drive executive relationships and close transformative digital, infrastructure, and staffing engagements (six- and seven-figure services).
- Establish operational rigor with clean CRM data, forecast discipline, and 34 pipeline coverage.
- Partner with solution architecture, recruiting, and delivery leaders to craft outcome-based proposals and scalable delivery plans.
- 5+ years in B2B consultative services sales with 23+ years coaching or leading sellers (formal or informal).
- Proven success landing new logo business and expanding enterprise accounts. Presidents club winner strong preferred.
- Ideally experience selling with/into partner ecosystems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft/Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, MuleSoft, UiPath, Verkada, etc.
- Strong territory planning, exec-level selling, and deal-shaping skills (PowerPoint/Excel fluency).
- Strong Denver network with in-market presence. Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 23 additional hires ramping to quota with a structured playbook.
- 46 new logos across digital/infrastructure/staffing + multiple co-sell wins with strategic partners.
- Active in Denver tech community with a growing referral and inbound pipeline.
- Healthy pipeline, accurate forecasting, and quarterly growth momentum.
