Description:
Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and content production
Translate marketing goals into actionable delivery plans with clear milestones and KPIs
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives
Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure teams follow agile best practices
Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Ensure compliance with internal governance, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the delivery team
Support onboarding and development of team members, including project managers and scrum masters
