Job Description:
TITLE: Marketing Manager III
EST START DATE: Mon, 9/15/2025, sooner preferred
CONTRACT LENGTH: 5 months
LOCATION: Onsite in South Lake Union/Seattle
HOURS: 40 hrs/week, no OT, Mon-Fri core hours 9a-5p PST
PAY RANGE: $44.50-$49.50/hr
What Team this Contractor is a part of? Marketing team is seeking an e-mail and push Marketing Manager responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience, helping to drive sales and innovation across e-mail and push campaigns across. They will be responsible for developing manual and semi-automated campaigns in support of cross-category campaigns and seasonal events. This team is fast-paced and exciting, and this person will always have a chance to do more with a campaign.
Team FocKey Projects:
Assist to reach email & push iOS goal.
Outbound (e-mail and push) campaigns

Needs someone that has the category/merchandising strategy exp with regards to email campaigns
Specifically someone who has background in premium/beauty/trends/etc
Research audience and identify key audiences
Design annual email and push marketing strategy and campaigns based on audience analysis
Establish goals and KPIs
Partner with stakeholder teams and creative in determining and organizing email and push campaign content.
Use email segmentation to send curated content to specific audiences.
Track conversion rates and related revenue from campaigns.
Conduct analysis on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
Use performance insights to create and set up new automated push and email programs
Partner with our Tech and UX Design teams to develop testing roadmaps
Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email and push
Top 3 Requirements:
- Design annual email and push marketing strategy and campaigns based on audience analysis
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email and push iOS
- Organize and review all final campaign assets and hand-off to delivery team for execution
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Leadership Principles: Insist on High Standards and Deliver Results
Basic Qualifications:
* 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
* Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
* Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
* Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
* Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
* Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both
* Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
Screening/Submittal Process:
- x2 video calls, 30min each with hiring manager and colleague
