The Marketing Systems Administrator will be responsible for documenting processes, assisting with discovery and requirements gathering, developing training materials, and providing training and user support for marketing automation efforts within CoStar's proprietary CRM. In addition, the Marketing Systems Administrator will assist with various marketing system configuration on platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Validity Everest, ZoomInfo, etc.
This position is located in Richmond, Virginia and offers a 4-day onsite, 1 remote day work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Assist with development project initiation and planning
- Contribute to process analysis and create process documentation
- Develop training materials
- Assist with user training and support
- Communicate with other resources regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
- Provide configuration support for specified marketing systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- Experience working with and supporting development teams in an agile framework
- Technical understanding/aptitude
- Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- SQL experience a plus but not required
