Job Details

"The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery for MarTech application development initiatives, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role partners with Product Owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality MarTech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
Delivery Oversight: Manage sprint execution for MarTech app development, ensuring timely delivery of features and integrations.
Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve blockers to maintain team velocity and quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to refine backlogs and prioritize deliverables.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and quality metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coaching: Mentor team members on Agile practices and promote a culture of accountability and transparency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as Scrum Master in MarTech or digital marketing projects.
Strong understanding of MarTech platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs).
Familiarity with application development lifecycle, APIs, and integration patterns.
Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and metrics-driven delivery.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required; SAFe Agile preferred."
