ROLE DESCRIPTION
Access Global Group is adding a Master Data Management (MDM) Technical Lead to our team. This role will drive the design and delivery of MDM solutions, leveraging Semarchy and modern cloud data tools to improve data quality, governance, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep MDM expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to align technology with organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze master data to uncover trends and patterns that improve business processes and support decision-making, while providing expert guidance on MDM best practices.
- Develop and maintain applications with Semarchy MDM tools to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with MDM standards.
- Design, deploy, and optimize Azure-based data pipelines using ADF, DBT, FiveTran, and Snowflake to deliver high performance and scalability.
- Lead and manage teams with strategic planning and oversight, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and ensuring timely solution delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, negotiating and influencing key decisions while clearly explaining the benefits and limitations of technology solutions.
- Other duties as directed by leadership.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 10 years of Master Data Management experience, including hands-on operational work in data stewardship and product ownership.
- Proficiency in data engineering, with practical experience using cloud data pipelines and tools such as Azure Data Factory, DBT, FiveTran, and Snowflake.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management, and data governance principles.
- Onsite requirement: available to work onsite three days per week.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; certifications in MDM or data management preferred
OTHER Must have no other full-time commitments, ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
