You will leverage your expertise in various engineering principles to create innovative solutions that meet client specifications and enhance product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks and ANSYS.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate product performance under various conditions.
- Manage product development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines.
- Conduct engineering analysis to troubleshoot and resolve design issues or product failures.
- Perform prototyping and testing of mechanical components to validate designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all engineering processes.
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards in product manufacturing.
- Implement effective manufacturing processes and improve production efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance in areas of Thermodynamics, Materials Science, and HVAC systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS software for design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and finite element analysis.
- Experience in product development and project management.
- Knowledge of thermodynamics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and robotics applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
