Job Details

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

  • Design chassis, cards, and electro-mechanical assemblies.

  • Perform 2D/3D tolerance analysis (CETol).

  • Create 3D CAD models/drawings using Creo/NX with GD&T.

  • Develop solutions with sheet metal, plastics, die-cast meeting EMI/safety standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cooling, manufacturing, and risk analysis.

  • Provide design guidance and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Mechanical Engineering, 8 12 years EMS design experience.

  • Expertise in Creo/NX, ANSYS, GD&T, tolerance analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal/plastic/die-cast design.

  • Leadership, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Preferred: Data center product design, tooling knowledge, ECO/BOM processes, TeamCenter/Agile, mechanism design, MBD.
