Mechanical Project Manager - HVAC & Process Piping

Position Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with expertise in HVAC and process piping to oversee and manage complex mechanical projects. This role will involve coordinating all phases of projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards while maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HVAC and process piping projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications using Revit and Bluebeam.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management, specifically in HVAC and process piping.
  • Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and Procore software.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, mechanical systems, plumbing, and piping.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
