Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Projects will include, but are not limited to: data centers, hospitals, labs, high-purity, and high-tech manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage mechanical construction projects throughout their lifecycle
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members
  • Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Conduct meetings and prepare reports to update stakeholders on project status
  • Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager for mechanical construction projects of similar size and scope
  • 5+ years of commercial project management experience on projects $5M-20M
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools
