We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Media Program Lead with a strong background in financial transformation to assist with our enhancement project. This role requires working onsite in Los Angeles, CA and must have exceptional leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of financial systems (SAP S4) and processes within the media industry, with special focus on transactional royalty (VOD/EST/PPV) statement processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the enhancement program for a large media company, consisting of multiple workstreams, that will migrate statement processing to SAP S4.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Director, Manager of Financial Systems, and a team of Business Analysts to drive project success.
Serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated resource for partnering with business stakeholders to move the project forward.
Oversee all aspects of the program, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource allocation.
Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategic priorities.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress, issues, and milestones.
Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting transparency, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field;
10+ years of experience in program and project leadership roles, with a focus on large-scale financial transformation initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programs within the media industry.
Deep understanding of financial systems, processes, and best practices, particularly within film and TV production.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and technical information to non-technical audiences.
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification nice to have, not required.
Based on-site in Los Angeles.
