Job Details




We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Media Program Lead with a strong background in financial transformation to assist with our enhancement project. This role requires working onsite in Los Angeles, CA and must have exceptional leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of financial systems (SAP S4) and processes within the media industry, with special focus on transactional royalty (VOD/EST/PPV) statement processing.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist with the enhancement program for a large media company, consisting of multiple workstreams, that will migrate statement processing to SAP S4.




  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Director, Manager of Financial Systems, and a team of Business Analysts to drive project success.




  • Serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated resource for partnering with business stakeholders to move the project forward.




  • Oversee all aspects of the program, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource allocation.




  • Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategic priorities.




  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress, issues, and milestones.




  • Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.




  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting transparency, accountability, and innovation.




Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field;




  • 10+ years of experience in program and project leadership roles, with a focus on large-scale financial transformation initiatives.




  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programs within the media industry.




  • Deep understanding of financial systems, processes, and best practices, particularly within film and TV production.




  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.




  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and technical information to non-technical audiences.




  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.




  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification nice to have, not required.




  • Based on-site in Los Angeles.
