Medical Laboratory Scientist

Pride Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MLT) to join a clinical laboratory team in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in performing laboratory testing and ensuring accurate, timely results that support patient care.

Key Responsibilities

On a daily basis, you will:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across various disciplines.
• Accurately analyze and report test results in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Collect, prepare, and process specimens for testing.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and document results appropriately.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver accurate and timely laboratory services.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory safety protocols and infection control practices.

Required Qualifications

• Associate s degree (minimum) in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Current certification as MLT or MLS (ASCP or equivalent).
• 1 2 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Strong technical skills with ability to follow lab protocols and regulatory standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Additional clinical lab experience in high-volume settings.
• Proficiency in advanced lab instrumentation and digital reporting systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across clinical teams.

Additional Information:

• Location: Everett, WA 98201
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM | 40 hrs/week
• Length: 26 Week Contract
• Pay Rate: $30 - $36/ Hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
