Ideal Candidate Profile: An experienced Application Lead with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, specifically SharePoint and .NET. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert who can lead a team, solve complex problems, and contribute to key project decisions. Experience in the banking industry is a plus.

Summary of Job Description:

This role is for an Application Lead responsible for the design, build, and configuration of applications. The position requires advanced proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and .Net Full Stack Development.

The candidate will be the primary point of contact, managing a team and collaborating with multiple teams. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft .NET, Core/API, and SharePoint (OnPremise 2016 and SharePoint Online). The role also involves customizing SharePoint, working with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft GraphAPI, and Copilot, and developing front-end applications with Angular and React.

Additional duties include working with SQL databases, creating and managing Power Platform Apps, automating workflows, and managing deployments. The candidate will also integrate applications with enterprise systems, perform content migration, and utilize Azure services.
