Job Details
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional to design, develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 solutions across business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, and integrations, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or CE modules)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs
- Develop custom solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Implement plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, views, and dashboards
- Perform integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions
- Support data migration, data validation, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance problems, and defects
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams
- Provide documentation, user training, and post-implementation support
- Follow Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance models
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, or CE)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dynamics SDK
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, plugins, workflows, and customizations
- Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
- Knowledge of security roles, data models, and environment management
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
- Experience with Finance & Operations (F&O) is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
