Job Details
Role:- Microsoft Copilot SME
Location:- Schaumburg, IL
Visa:- No OPT and CPT
Rate:- $55/hr on C2C.
Responsibilities:
- Develop copilots in M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Connect to knowledge sources and APIs.
- Able to build agents using copilot
- Strong knowledge in Prompt Engineering
- Commendable knowledge in GenAI Technologies
- Integrate copilots with Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other M365 apps.
- Extend functionality using Power Platform workflows and Python snippets.
- Work with conversation designers and business analysts to turn requirements into Copilot flows.
- Participate in orchestration discussions to align copilots into larger processes.
- Test, debug, and support copilots during deployment.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with APIs and knowledge source integration.
- Python scripting ability.
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts.
- Experience in enterprise environments (permissions, governance, compliance).
