Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level All-source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Charlottesville VA to support our government clients. The Mid-Level All-source Intelligence Analyst is a multifaceted role that collaborates with other teams across the business. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) preparing risk assessments and threat assessments that support the client?s mission.

As a Mid-Level All-source Intelligence Analyst, you will:

  • Integrate with government intelligence analysts to perform work in compliance with the analytical standards identified in IC Directive 203. Candidates shall possess advanced knowledge of the IC and DoD missions and functions.
  • Locate, synthesize, and interpret large amounts of textual and technical data such as Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), finished intelligence (FINTEL), filtered real-time data feeds, message traffic, directed-searches results, and task-specific, specialized datasources.
  • Prepare detailed written assessments and documents and disseminate information through `reports and briefs.
  • Develop complex analytical approaches to problems and situations for which data is incomplete, controversial, or for which no precedent exists.
  • Develop innovative approaches to analysis and validate analytical conclusions.
  • Maintain and update extensive intelligence databases, systems, and mechanisms for sharing relevant intelligence information to support on-going and projected projects.
  • Brief and defend analytical outcomes and perform exploitation requirements in coordination with peers and customers throughout the IC.
  • Provide comprehensive and completed products that may require minor revisions and/or editing.
  • Work independently with moderate oversight.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Counterintelligence Polygraph.
  • Bachelor?s degree in intelligence, engineering, sciences, social sciences, or related discipline (may be waived based on level mission knowledge and experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in intelligence analysis (preferably technology based)
  • Knowledge and experience in technology transfer risk assessment, U.S. export license end-user review, and/or CFIUS is highly desired.
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with aggressive project deadlines.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written US English, including the ability to work with highly technical and specialized content. Must be able both prepare and deliver such content, verbally and in writing, but also comprehend such content from others, in both spoken and written form.

Ability to prepare deliverables with sufficient quality such that very few minor, or no, edits are required to be made prior to conveyance to the client.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is [$100K- $120K].

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
