Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid/Senior iOS Developer to join our client s team onsite in Vienna, VA. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance cutting-edge mobile banking applications that deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly digital experiences to millions of members. As a core member of a cross-functional Agile team, you ll collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative mobile features, ensure platform stability, and advocate for mobile best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain iOS mobile banking features using Swift and Objective-C.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams (front-end, back-end, QA, product) to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while improving application performance and stability.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

  • Write and maintain unit and UI tests; contribute to peer code reviews.

  • Stay up to date with iOS updates, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Contribute to reusable component libraries and platform standards.

  • Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

  • At senior levels: Influence mobile architecture, lead platform initiatives, and drive enterprise-wide mobile strategy.

Required Skills/Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in iOS application development with Swift and Objective-C.

  • Strong proficiency with Xcode, RESTful APIs, and third-party library integration.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).

  • Solid understanding of debugging, performance optimization, and mobile accessibility best practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Desired: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, reusable component development, and mentoring.
