POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Contract Mobile Device Analyst will assist with the day-to-day management, ordering, and support of the organizations mobile devices. This role will work with the current mobile team to ensure mobile assets, including smartphones, tablets, and B-to-B SIMs, are properly provisioned, tracked, and maintained to support enterprise operations. This is a 9 month project with a pay range of $30 to $41.75 per hour.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end mobile device lifecycle, including ordering, activation, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning of smartphones, tablets, (Android and iOS), MIFI devices and Machine to machine services.
  • Receive and inventory all Mobile orders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all mobile devices and associated assets.
  • Assist with audit to reconcile physical inventory with digital records.
  • Provide support for mobile device-related questions, issues, including connectivity problems, application support, device set up support, and device troubleshooting.
  • Utilize a helpdesk ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow) to log, track, and resolve user support requests efficiently.

  • Work within the Verizon Enterprise Portal to place orders, manage accounts, and troubleshoot billing or service issues.
  • Manage device and policy configurations using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, such as Intune.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure service delivery and resolve escalations.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven experience in managing and supporting a large fleet of mobile devices in an enterprise environment.
    • Proficiency in using the Verizon Enterprise Portal for device ordering, reports, and account management.
    • Strong knowledge of various wireless plans and data management best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, with a strong preference for Intune.
    • Experience with a helpdesk ticketing system, such as ServiceNow, is essential.
    • Familiarity with both Android and iOS operating systems.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and patient support to end-users.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
