Overview

We are seeking a Monday.com Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and support an enterprise-level migration and optimization initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Monday.com, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities, and experience managing large-scale implementations in complex organizational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Monday.com expert for the organization, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership.
• Lead the enterprise migration from legacy systems or other project management tools to Monday.com.
• Design and implement scalable workflows, dashboards, and automation within Monday.com to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Monday.com solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security during migration and configuration.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for end-users and administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Monday.com integrations and usage.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Monday.com SME in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level migrations to Monday.com.
• Strong understanding of Monday.com features: boards, dashboards, automations, integrations, and API.
• Experience integrating Monday.com with other enterprise tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, collaboration platforms).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements.
• Background in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
