Work Type: W2 Contract only
Must Haves:
Sr. level, hands-on, MuleSoft Development & Bachelor's degree in computer science
6+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer with MuleSoft
Hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex integration solutions.
Proficiency with Java, Python, and/or JavaScript
Proficiency with web services such as SOAP and RESTful APIs
Candidates must have extensive experience in management of API’s and
be able to show hands on working experience in Security and
Authentication with these API’s within MuleSoft. Please ensure
candidates are able to demonstrate working, hands-on experience in
Security and Authentication.
Candidates must be strong with CI/CD pipelines. They will not be
responsible for building out CI/CD pipelines from scratch, but must have
strong experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Candidates must have strong experience in cloud deployments.
Experience Level:
Overall 10+ years in as an IT professional
First 4 years should be hands-on enterprise level development in J2EE
or similar stack (enterprise Java before Mule)
Next 6+ should be hands-on Mule development (after Java), deployment
preferably in an RTF environment
Project background and details (What will this project accomplish for the business?):
• Part of the platform team, which supports multiple business units
• Will not be dedicated to a specific project, depends on the work
coming in.
• One example a current developer is working on is writing Mule API's to
automate governance.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
• Creating and managing APIs to connect different systems and
applications
• Use the MuleSoft Any point Platform to design, build, and manage APIs
and integrations
• Establish policies
• Create custom connectors
• Responsible for deployment process. Will be using RTF (AnyPoint
Runtime Fabric)
• Depending on the project, may use DataWeave for data mapping and
transformations
Required skills & technologies (“must-haves”):
• Senior level Mulesoft Developer (8+ years)
• Proficiency in Java 8+ (ideally coming from Java Dev background before
coming into Mulesoft)
• CI/CD - Azure DevOps
• Mulesoft Certified - Developer or Architect
• Experience securing API's (OAuth)
