for partnering with the HCM Program Management Office (PMO), OSHR Leadership, and the State's Workday HCM Functional Leads to:
-Strategize and plan for the expansion and enhancement of Workday Onboarding/Offboarding capabilities to be made available to participating state agencies -Document findings, assess findings to the strategy, and recommend approach options to most efficiently and effectively develop and execute a roadmap to deliver broader Workday functionality and capabilities to both the Office of State Human Resources (OSHR) and to the state agencies participating in Workday -Partner with the state's Technical Lead to assist with testing integration enhancements and/or new integrations -Serve as a backup resource for the state's Workday Security Lead by supporting the fulfillment of user access requests, creating new security groups, modifying domain access, and segmenting security groups as necessary --Assist the Workday Delivery Team with post go-live support and ongoing sustainment as needed The HCM Digital Solution implementation of Workday HCM Phase I goes live in early October with Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding/Offboarding, Position Description Management and Organizational Charts. This resource will support the implemented solution, along with having responsibility of leading the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and documentation of new forms and business processes., Additionally, this individual with work with the Integration Lead on any new or enhanced integrations to support Workday.
