Job Description:

• Seeking a highly skilled Native iOS Developer to join our Mobile Development team, focused on delivering secure, seamless, and innovative mobile experiences that enhance the member journey. This role will work closely with the Auth and Security team to support strategic initiatives related to the UAE effort for the iOS native mobile platform. Candidates should bring deep expertise in large-scale mobile application development, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering member-focused solutions in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of scalable, efficient, and secure iOS solutions.
• Work independently on mid to large-sized projects, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Support the creation of unit tests to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Identify high-risk areas and drive resolution of technical issues to ensure project success.
• Provide timely and accurate updates on the status of technical tasks.
• Ensure project goals align with overall development objectives and member experience priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class features that meet security and usability standards.
• Document potential improvements and contribute to continuous process and product enhancements.

Daily Duties

• Use Xcode for native iOS development.
• Employ Charles for network monitoring and debugging.
• Manage code repositories and pipelines using GitLab.
• Partner with the Auth and Security team on UAE-related strategic priorities within the iOS native platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• iOS Development 8 years (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, iOS SDKs).
• Native Mobile Development & Testing 8 years (end-to-end development and validation of large-scale apps).
• AI Development Experience 2 years (Agile planning, tracking, and delivery).
• Strong background in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in complex, regulated industries (financial services, insurance, or similar).
• Solid understanding of mobile app security and accessibility standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience working with large-scale, member-facing applications in complex environments.
