Job Title: Salesforce Architect RCA
Location: Remote Duration: 4 months
Job Description:
The RCA Architect will analyze technical issues, identify their root causes, and propose architectural improvements on Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed platform RCA and document findings
Provide architectural solutions to prevent recurrence
Lead technical design sessions and oversee implementation
Ensure adherence to Salesforce architectural best practices
Collaborate with PMs and engineering teams
Requirements:
7+ years Salesforce architecture experience
Expertise in diagnosing complex technical issues
Strong understanding of data, integrations, and system design
Salesforce certifications preferred
