- Must demonstrate a strong product mindset able to think beyond tasks and own the success of product outcomes
- Drive ServiceNow adoption, with a focus on CMDB maturity, usability, and stakeholder engagement
- Should be flexible and tool-agnostic able to learn and manage tools like Splunk, Java apps, or custom platforms as needed
- Will play a pivotal role in cross-functional delivery, coordinating work across offshore teams to ensure continuous progress and ownership
