Job Description:
We are hiring a Desktop Support / Network Engineer with 2 5 years of enterprise IT experience. The role involves troubleshooting desktops/laptops, software deployment, system monitoring, and providing end-user support. Candidates should have hands-on skills with Windows environments, Active Directory, SCCM, DNS, VPN, and VOIP, along with experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
Requirements:
Strong troubleshooting and remote support skills.
Experience with AD, SCCM, DNS, VPN, VOIP.
Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, or CCNA certification.
