Role: ServiceNow S2P Business Analyst
Location: Multiple locations
Duration: Long-term
Role Focus
Bridges business procurement needs with ServiceNow S2P solutions (Procurement, Finance, Vendors).
Key Responsibilities
- Gather & document business requirements for S2P lifecycle (Sourcing Contract Procurement Invoicing Payment)
- Work with modules:
- Procurement Service Management (PSM)
- Vendor Management
- Contract Management
- Integration with ERP (SAP / Oracle / Workday)
- Create:
- BRDs, FRDs, user stories
- Process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Support:
- UAT testing
- Stakeholder workshops
- Change & release management
- Translate business needs to developers
Required Skills
- Strong Procurement & Finance domain
- ServiceNow S2P / PSM knowledge
- Workflow & data modeling understanding
- Stakeholder communication
- Agile / Scrum
Tools
- ServiceNow Studio (functional)
- Jira / Azure DevOps
- Visio / Lucidchart
