The Opportunity: Optimize, Automate, and Integrate.


We have successfully implemented our NetSuite ERP (Go-Live: Dec 2024), and now we are looking for a dedicated NetSuite Developer to take it to the next level.


This is not a "maintenance-only" role. You will be walking into a fresh environment with the mandate to build customizations, script automations, and drive integrations that make the business run faster and smarter. If you enjoy clearing backlogs, solving complex data puzzles, and seeing the immediate impact of your code on financial and operational workflows, this is the role for you.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities 1. Development & Customization


  • Scripting: Design, develop, and test SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0/2.x) to automate business processes.
  • Architecture: Create and manage Custom Records, Forms, Fields, and Workflows to align the system with specific business requirements.
  • Optimization: Analyze current system configurations and identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scripted automation.
2. Integrations & Data Management


  • API Management: Lead the charge on system integrations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining connections between NetSuite and external platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Data Operations: Manage complex data loading requests, specifically focusing on non-WMS adjustments (e.g., financial data imports, GL impacts, and bulk record updates).
  • EDI Support: Provide support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and troubleshooting.
3. Application Support


  • Backlog Management: actively work through the current development backlog to solve outstanding user issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Serve as the technical escalation point for script errors, integration failures, and data discrepancies.

Qualifications & Requirements


Required Experience:


Experience: Ideally 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.


Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Suitelet, Map/Reduce).


Integration: Proven experience with APIs and integration middleware.


Data: Ability to handle complex data uploads (CSV imports) and mass updates with high accuracy.


Nice-to-Haves:


EDI: Prior experience setting up or maintaining EDI connections is a significant plus.


Certifications: NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification.
