Description: Position Summary
The NetSuite ERP Specialist will serve as the primary resource for the architecture, implementation, training, support, documentation, and management of the company's ERP system (NetSuite).
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the ERP system on a daily basis while managing the delivery of long-term initiatives and business process improvements. You will interact with stakeholders at all levels of the company to provide technical and functional assistance.

Description: Position Summary
The NetSuite ERP Specialist will serve as the primary resource for the architecture, implementation, training, support, documentation, and management of the company's ERP system (NetSuite).
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the ERP system on a daily basis while managing the delivery of long-term initiatives and business process improvements. You will interact with stakeholders at all levels of the company to provide technical and functional assistance.
Key Accountabilities
System Administration & Maintenance
- Configuration & Upgrades: Configure, maintain, and upgrade the ERP to meet daily operational needs and strategic project goals.
- User Management: Assist with day-to-day requests, including the creation and maintenance of users, roles, permissions, accounts, subsidiaries, and locations.
- Access Reviews: Responsible for managing and executing quarterly user access reviews.
- Troubleshooting: Provide responsive support to end-users regarding IT/ERP-related problems. Debug production issues and coordinate with ERP developers or support teams for complex resolutions.
Development & Optimization
- Customization: Test and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality, and SuiteApps based on evolving business needs.
- Scripting & Workflows: Design, implement, and maintain ERP functionality, including SuiteScripts, workflows, reports, saved searches, integrations, and dashboards.
- Process Improvement: Actively identify opportunities to leverage ERP functionality to improve operational efficiencies and performance.
- Tech Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies that enhance business processes centered on the ERP platform.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Data Analysis: Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, and change management for optimal usage within the ERP and connected systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with software capabilities, industry trends, best practices, and upcoming software releases.
- Communication: Build productive working relationships across the organization and effectively present technical designs to non-technical audiences.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology-related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience/aptitude for creating and maintaining custom SuiteScripts, workflows, bank integrations, SFTP setup, and REST/SOAP API setup.
- Experience developing and maintaining custom reports, configurations, and permissions.
- Experience managing data integration to and from finance enterprise applications.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry (emerging technologies, industry standards, support services, architectures, systems design, and systems integration).

- Analytical Skills: Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues among a broad range of technologies.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal advocacy skills; ability to present project results to management and influence relationships to foster a positive work environment.
- Methodology: Commitment to a continuous improvement philosophy and ability to follow the solution delivery life cycle and best practices.
- Preferred Certifications/Skills:
- Experience with PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and NSAW (NetSuite Analytics Warehouse) is a plus.
- Oracle NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
