IT Network Engineer
Our client is seeking an IT Network Engineer to play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining their enterprise network infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work on both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring secure, high-performing connectivity across corporate offices, warehouses, and retail locations. You'll join a collaborative team where your technical expertise will directly support business operations and enhance customer experience.
Location: Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid
Pay: $100k - $110k

What You'll Do:
- Design, configure, and deploy network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPNs.
- Monitor performance across corporate, warehouse, and store networks to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Provide advanced support for network-related incidents, diagnosing and resolving complex connectivity and performance issues.
- Implement and maintain network security solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed network documentation, diagrams, and recovery plans.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of experience managing medium to large LAN/WAN environments and enterprise-grade network devices.
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco routing and switching platforms; CCNA required, CCNP preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or OCI.
- Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
- Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, or Dynatrace.
