Job Details
Support day-to-day operations and assist with networking projects. Strong Cisco networking expertise required; voice/collaboration experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 3 support for network infrastructure
Perform run/operate support and maintenance tasks
Assist with project work
Ensure reliable network performance across sites
Required Skills
Cisco CCNA Routing & Switching and Collaboration
Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Cisco Wireless, Webex, Call Manager / Unity
Familiarity with Cisco voice and collaboration technologies (preferred)
