Payrate: $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
Summary:
You will play a critical role in driving production and direction across the OPW RAN Network footprint. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Your expertise in both technical and project management domains will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across RF, Engineering and Operations, as well as external vendors, delivering impactful results aligned with Client's s strategic goals.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $75.00 - $80.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with Client's s technology roadmap and industry best practices.
- Managing all aspects of project execution, including resource allocation, task assignment, risk mitigation, budget control, and progress tracking.
- Collaborating with internal Client's stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with management and all stakeholders, providing regular project updates, reporting on key milestones, and proactively addressing any challenges.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key vendors and contracting resources.
- Staying abreast of emerging technologies and research trends within the RAN Engineering ecosystem, identifying potential opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- 10+ years of experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized thinking.
- Strong understanding of the RAN Engineering technology.
- Strong and demonstrated project management experience, attention to detail, clear communication, and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize, and work in a fast paced and frequently changing environment.
- Experience in G-Suite.

- Proven ability to think strategically, influence and develop roadmaps/plans, collaborate, build partnerships and strong customer relationships and execute on roadmaps.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal). Must relate well to executives and technologists.
- Good collaboration skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
