Title: Network Associate
Duration: Contract (5-6 months)
Location: 100% Onsite Englewood (some projects may require overnight shifts; occasional travel to customer sites may be needed)
Salary Range: $21-$23 per hour, paid weekly
Summary
The Network Associate will support equipment deployment, onsite installations, and field coordination activities. This role combines technical support, process documentation, and project coordination, ensuring that installations and service requests are delivered efficiently and to quality standards. The position requires flexibility for varying shifts, including occasional overnight work, and hands-on involvement in both warehouse and field environments.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the preparation, configuration, and installation of equipment with internal teams, vendors, customers, and technicians.
Monitor and ensure timely completion of onsite and off-site activities, meeting project deadlines and customer expectations.
Perform quality checks on completed work and provide status updates or reports as needed.
Manage scheduling and oversee field activities including site surveys, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Respond to customer issues via phone, email, live chat, or remote support tools.
Develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, task instructions, and training materials.
Balance and prioritize unexpected requests alongside ongoing assignments.
Collaborate with leadership on internal process improvements while supporting day-to-day work.
Provide training to colleagues on technical skills, tools, and customer management practices.
Assist in warehouse activities, including equipment handling and project coordination.
Skills
1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with cabling installation strongly preferred.
Prior help desk or call center support experience is beneficial.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong general computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and adapt to changing schedules.
Physical capability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring walking, standing, or crouching.
Flexibility for varying shift lengths (8-12 hours) and potential overnight assignments.
