Sentinel Technologies is seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer with experience supporting Networking, Network Security and Firewalls. You will be a part of an award-winning support team that provides support to our clients without utilizing manufacturer resources therefore requiring advanced practical knowledge of networking technologies. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and optimizing enterprise level infrastructures providing remote, onsite and after-hours support responding to customer requests. This position can work remotely reporting to our Tempe, AZ office.
Qualifications
- Cisco Certifications required, CCIE level is preferred
- 5+ years in a network support role
- Experience with the following technologies desired:
- Cisco
- Palo Alto
- Fortinet
- F5
- Aruba
- Routing/Switching
- Firewalls
- ACI
- ISE
- Wireless
- Must have experience working with Cisco routers and switches
- Security, ASA firewalls and wireless experience is a plus
- Must have excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work after hours and weekends as requested and be on a rotating shift for 1 week out of every 8-10 weeks as needed
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $120000 annual salary
