Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an experienced Nuvolo Technical Consultant with additional expertise integrating to ServiceNow CMDB for enterprise systems. This role involves configuring, scripting and supporting Nuvolo solutions, while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules on ServiceNow (Asset Management, CMDB, etc.)
* Perform integrations, data migration, and workflow automation
* Develop and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, and reports
* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring SLA compliance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application support or IT systems
* Experience with Nuvolo modules and experience integrating with the ServiceNow platform
* CMDB and Asset Management, Scripting expertise
* Experience working within a Hospital environment supporting Biomedical devices and assets
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
