Job Description

As an ideal candidate, you will come with training delivery and coordination experience. You will be responsible for the training and onboarding experience for new hires joining the organization on a weekly basis, across multiple buildings/location within your city. You will manage a network of trained trainers and facilitators and will be responsible for a seamless onboarding and training experience for new hires. You will be the primary onsite representation of the Data Center Learning & Development organization, as the face of the onboarding experience for new hires and managers alike.

Specific responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

Coordination: Coordinate all behind-the-scenes aspects of the onboarding and training experience including securing onsite training space, scheduling trainers/facilitators, printing workbooks, finding new training spaces/venues for larger new hire classes/cohorts.

Facilitation: You will facilitate some portions of the new hire onboarding experience, including the welcome, data center tours, etc.

Communications: Sending out communications to new hires and managers on where to go and what is expected of their onboarding journey.

Reporting/Tracking: You will track and monitor progress of new hires as they progress throughout their training experience. You will work with managers/trainers if a new hire is off track on their training progress. You will provide reporting to the broader Data Center Learning & Development organization.

Feedback: Collect feedback from new hires and managers, and work with the broader team to incorporate feedback into curriculum updates.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of relevant experience in learning & development

Highly skilled with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver

Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud infrastructure services

Experience with data center onboarding and training

Experience with cloud software and platform services

Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
