Role: OCM Change Management Lead

Work location:- Richmond VA

Mode of work:- Hybrid ( 3 days onsite/week)

Job Summary:

  • OCM Lead to manage and oversee the implementation of organizational change initiatives with Minimum 15-20 Years of IT experience . The OCM Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition during business transformations, system implementations, and process improvements.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive employee adoption and organizational readiness for change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the organizational change management strategy and execution.
  • Develop and implement change management plans tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to ensure alignment between change management and project goals.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and risks to the organization during the change process.
  • Provide training and communication strategies to ensure employees are prepared for change and equipped to perform their roles.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to engage employees and leadership in the process of changing.
  • Track and measure the success of change initiatives using KPIs, employee feedback, and other metrics.
  • Monitor and report on employee adoption and resistance to change, making necessary adjustments to the change strategy.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership, employees, and other stakeholders to foster communication and understanding throughout the change process.
  • Identify and mentor change champions within the organization to help drive successful change adoption.
  • Ensure that all change management activities are in line with organizational culture and values
