SUMMARY

OCM plays a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a strategy to support organizational projects or initiatives by leveraging a change management methodology, process, and tools.

Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify change impacts and ensure that change management plans are integrated into project plans.

Lead strategy and design training program delivery and support the execution of the training plans across organization on the new process and platform.

Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics across all aspects of large scale, enterprise-wide programs.

Develop and execute change management plans for IT initiatives, including communication plans, and stakeholder engagement plans.

Define and measure success metrics including adoption KPIs and customer satisfaction scores. Monitor the change progress and partner with SMEs and Program sponsors to develop change strategies and tactics to remediate the findings.

Stay up-to-date with industry s best practices and new developments in change management and make recommendations to IT leaders for continuous improvement.

Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications with ServiceNow - Software Asset Management (SAM) program) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Coordinate activities to address change management

Support all ServiceNow - Software Asset Management (SAM) Program process definition and implementation

REQUIREMENTS

Work Experience

Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience required, including 7+ years in a technical environment.

Previous experience with Agile / SAFe is a plus.

Worked in a global & multi-cultural environment.

Led or contributed to the change management effort within a large-scale transformation.

Skills

Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent active listening skills

Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Change management certification (Prosci) is desired

Preferably Knowledge of ServiceNow platform preferably not required
