Title: OCM Specialist, Enable Now
Location: Houston, TX 77056 (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist with strong familiarity in SAP Enable Now. This is a high-visibility role for a self-starter who can manage training readiness, content coordination, and adoption efforts across multiple regions without requiring constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management & Training Coordination

  • Partner with OCM and project leads to plan and execute change management activities for S/4HANA deployments.

  • Coordinate readiness for global training delivery, ensuring all materials, translations, logistics, and trainers are prepared.

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and goals for multiple countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Mexico, and Canada).

  • Identify and fill gaps in training content beyond SME materials ensuring courses are fully equipped for learner success.

  • Facilitate communication between workstream leads, translators, and trainers to maintain momentum and resolve blockers.

SAP Enable Now Support

  • Work with Enable Now content (demonstrations, simulations, eLearning) to organize, maintain, and distribute training assets.

  • Collaborate with the Enable Now admin for content updates, translations, and learner access without performing heavy admin work.

  • Leverage Enable Now to deliver engaging, role-based learning experiences.

Project GEM Phase Support

  • Immediately contribute to Phase 1.1a (European deployment) by coordinating in-progress training material translation and readiness efforts.

  • Transition to Phase 1.1b (Canadian deployment) to replicate and improve processes based on lessons learned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Training Coordination, or similar role in ERP projects.

  • Familiarity with SAP Enable Now and its role in end-user training and performance support.

  • Experience managing training readiness across multiple regions and languages.

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated approach able to identify next steps and move work forward with minimal direction.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA deployments.

  • Background in training development or instructional design.

  • Experience working in lean organizations where flexibility and resourcefulness are critical.

  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
