Role: OIC/HCM Consultant (with Fast Formula)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description:
- Support fusion fast formula’s. Need this for HCM. OIC integration, understanding HCM tables, benefits/open enrollment, compensation, payroll.
Overview
Customer is starting a major ERP Cloud transformation project moving to the Oracle Cloud. Developers would be part of the client’s IT project team responsible for integration Design, Build and Testing. Experience and data and integration knowledge with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP applications is a major plus. The customer integration tools are listed below where intimate skills are required.
Skillset:
- Oracle Integrations Cloud (OIC)
- FastFormula
- HCM
Examples of questions to ask:
- Include relevant project details
- Similar projects worked?
- What was their role?
- Did they partner with an SI (integration partner)? If so, who? What phase of the project did they work?
- Type of integrations? Did they use templates or write custom integrations from scratch?
- What module(s) are they most comfortable working in?
