Job Details

Position- OSB Application Support Engineer

Location- Oakland CA, USA ( From Day 1 Onsite )

Duration- 12 Months Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 application support for Oracle Service Bus (OSB) applications.
  • Perform defect analysis, fixing, and minor development/enhancements in OSB.
  • Handle WebLogic deployment activities (EAR/WAR deployment, troubleshooting during release).
  • Collaborate with development teams, QA, and business users to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and support production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and deployment guides.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Service Bus (OSB) – application support, defect fixing, and development.
  • Good understanding of SOA concepts, XML, XQuery, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP/REST services.
  • Experience with WebLogic for deployment activities.
  • Experience in application support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Java/J2EE basics is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
