Our client is looking for full-time Okta Operations Lead. The preferred location of this role is San Francisco, CA.

- Expertise with Okta Administration
- Expertise with SSO / SAML2 / OIDC / OAUTH
- Strong Problem Solving
- Project Management skills a plus
- BS/BA required
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
Project Manage and Implement client SSO
- Work with Relationship Managment to coordinate meetings with client.
- Work with client technical teams to plan data exchange and testing
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise from setup
- Manage any upgrades to Okta widget
- Keep track of Okta changes and escalate decisions on new features when needed
- Track and update settings changes
- Update expired certificates
- Onboard clients to Snowflake by running scripts
- Ad-hoc creation of Okta applications and authorization servers
- Act as 1st level SME and triage support tickets for engineering team
- Work on support tickets as available during business hours - no on-call expected
- Suggest enhancements to automation and/support processes
- Support Legacy SSO issues & generic Maintenance ( coordinated cert ( SP and IDP) updates for clients live on legacy SSO )
